Engagement of services
Services described on this website are provided by Covai Accounting Services, an Enrolled GST Practitioner (Enrolment No. 331800001760GPU) based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. A specific engagement begins only once scope, fees and documentation requirements are confirmed in writing (including over email or WhatsApp) for your matter.
Client responsibilities
Timely filing and accurate advice depend on documents and information being provided completely and correctly. We are not responsible for delays, penalties or incorrect filings that result from incomplete, incorrect, or late information supplied by the client.
Fees
Fees are quoted per engagement based on the nature and complexity of the work and are communicated before work begins. Statutory fees, government charges and third-party costs (where applicable) are separate from our professional fees.
No guarantee of outcome
While we apply due professional care to every filing, notice reply, appeal or registration, outcomes that depend on the discretion of a government authority (e.g. refund sanctioning, appeal orders, registration approval timelines) cannot be guaranteed.
